LaundryPros uses first-party cookies that are necessary for our website, booking, account access and security. Optional analytics is controlled separately and is disabled until you actively accept it.
Essential cookies
Essential cookies support your order and account sessions, security, and the storage of your cookie preference. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from using our booking services.
Your analytics preference
__Secure-lp_analytics_choice_v1: your choice, acceptorreject, for up to 365 days.__Secure-lp_consent_receipt_v1: an HttpOnly pseudonymous record reference, for up to 365 days. It is not an advertising ID and does not identify your DML browsing.
If optional analytics is enabled in the future, it may be used only for the disclosed purpose and after valid acceptance. We do not grant advertising personalization consent through this notice. Material changes to purposes will require a new consent choice.
Evidence of your choice
We record explicit acceptance, rejection and preference changes with a server timestamp, version of this notice and a random receipt reference. This evidence is separate from your booking, payment and SMS permissions. We do not record your name, phone number, order details or raw IP address in this consent-event store.
Change your choice
Use Cookie Settings at the bottom of our website to change your preference at any time. Withdrawing consent prevents further optional analytics loading; previously collected data may be subject to separate deletion requests.
If you clear cookies or use another device or private browser session, the website may ask again because that browser has no saved preference.
